• Communication facilitation between homeowners and contractors

Important: AHIN is a referral service. We are not contractors and do not perform home improvement work.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Verify contractor credentials and licenses independently
• Review and sign contracts directly with contractors
• Make payment arrangements directly with contractors
• Conduct due diligence before hiring any contractor
• Not use the service for illegal purposes

4. Contractor Relationships

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of AHIN
• All contracts are between you and the contractor directly
• AHIN does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of contractor work
• You are responsible for verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and references
• Payment arrangements are between you and the contractor

5. No Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of contractor information
• That contractors will respond to your requests
• The quality or outcome of contractor work
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHIN shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from contractor actions or omissions
• Property damage or personal injury related to contractor work
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or security breaches

7. Free Estimates

Our matching service is free for homeowners. However:

• Contractors may charge for detailed estimates or site visits at their discretion
• Any costs should be disclosed by the contractor before services are provided
• AHIN is not responsible for any charges by contractors

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the AHIN platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AHIN or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
